Welcome to week two of the Spin the wheel challenge. So much happened in last week but the big changes are the divorce of Elias and Kara, and Elias became a werewolf. Let’s see how week 2 goes…
Two tasks are passed down from week one because they weren’t completed. Kara has Media Production to get to level 4 and Elias needs to build a rocket.
Sunday
Complete one of the family events right away with getting 1000 dollars from finding a lost purse.
Elias needs to buy a chicken, so we bought a chick and a house for him. Elias named him Fluff!
Kara became friends with Tomax, she’s hoping they can become more in the future.
While looking for seashells in Sulani, Elias meets Nalani. She was building a great sand castle. Elias introduced himself and the two begin to build a friendship. Elias thinks she’s great!
Monday
Very quiet Monday, everyone working on the necessary tasks.
Elias heads to Sulani by himself to gather seashells again and he completes his task to find 6 different seashells.
Tuesday
Spring Break but no one in this family spun a vacation. Elias and Kara agreed to do their own thing and travel alone if they wanted to do anything for Spring Break.
Nalani stopped by and the two were getting so much closer. They started flirting together and soon they were romantically involved.
Elias and Nalani shared a first kiss together. They are falling in love!
Elias proposes to Nalani and she says YES! We move Nalani into the family since they will be getting married. Task complete!
Elias got a task to woohoo 4 times. He currently only has one love interest so they will busy in the bedroom for a while. This is the last of the 4 woohoo’s and risky woohoo is on… Will there be a baby??
Kara completed her Media Production skills to level 4. Nalani also found out she’s pregnant! The first of generation 2 is on the way for this family…
Elias travels to Henford-on-Bagley to meet and befriend a rabbit. I think this might be Apple but I didn’t write it down. Another task completed for Elias.
While in Henford-on-Bagley, Elias stops by to visit with Sophie and see what treasure are hiding here. We leave a treasure too for the next person.
Wednesday
Kara needs to catch more frogs, so she heads to Willow Creek park and completes this task of collecting 6 different frogs. She also needs to meet a dolphin, so she heads to Sulani to look for a dolphin. Takes most of the day but she manages to find one and she talks with him before heading to the city.
Kara tries food from a food stall, she needs to try 5 foods to complete another of her tasks. She tries two while out this evening and she hopes to try for more tomorrow as it’s getting late.
Thursday
Kara starts to flirt with Tomax and they share a first kiss. Tomax becomes Kara’s boyfriend which completes another of Kara’s tasks.
Tomax and Kara make a cute couple!
Friday
Kara went on a date with Tomax, he took her bowling. They had a lot of fun.
Elias set himself on fire while cooking. Nalani just stood there panicking while Kara put him out. Elias helps afterwards too but Nalani just stands there panicking over and over again. Then runs outside.
Elias knows the baby will be here soon. He loves to feel the baby kick.
Kara bought a goat as one of her tasks, so now we have a goat and chick running around the house and yard. The goat she named Gerald.
Another animal gets added to the family by Elias. He adopts a cat named Tiger.
Rory stops by with a gift for Elias, she made him a special cupcake to celebrate their time as friends. Elias loved it!
Nalani goes into labor and Elias joins her at the hospital. The bundle of joy will be with us soon enough!
It’s a BOY! His name is Rafael Logan and Elias loves cuddling with him. He does everything for little Rafael whenever he can.
This gave Elias a new trait of Family Oriented which he was able to add. (I flip a coin for these, and thankfully I got YES!)
Now that Elias has his son, he talks with Nalani about their relationship. They rushed into the engagement and baby too quickly. They aren’t meant to be a couple and Nalani is not happy with this decision but says she’s glad to get away from this werewolf. She wants to move out of the house, which Elias agrees with but his son would remain with him. Nalani isn’t happy with this decision but knows Rafael will be cared for in this family. She doesn’t have any support and so agrees to give him custody of their child. Good bye Nalani!
Honestly I thought she’d be around for a while, but the wheel gave me a break up which ended things with Nalani. Now Elias is single and raising a baby by himself. Thankfully the friendship between Elias and Kara is still strong that she is willing to help when he needs it.
It’s a full moon and Elias turns back into a werewolf. Kara watches over Rafael while Elias is on a rampage.
Saturday
During Elias overnight rampage, he scares people like Norman into dropping their wallets. He also becomes and Prime Werewolf giving him the Prideful trait. He also got more points so we randomized the traits and added both Lunar Blessing and Pack Howl to his abilities.
Neighborhood Brawl day! Both Kara and Elias got into fights with those in the neighborhood. Kara and Elias both win the fights against the other sims. They needed the points for completing this holiday.
Rafael aged up into an infant. He is a mermaid like his mom, Nalani. He has the Sunny trait but much of his quirks and personality will have to wait until the next rotation as our week is just about up.
Another Family Event was that all members (infants don’t count) had to drink a potion of youth. Both Kara and Elias had enough points to complete this requirement.
Now these two are both still young adults but now starting back at day 0. These will now be the youngest generation 1 sims we have, as everyone else will be at 14 days when we start rotation 2!
Kara completes the last meal from the food stalls that she needs to complete this task.
Week two with this family has come to and end. We have all the family and animals sleeping. Let’s review how they did.
Elias completed all his requirements for this week, but still has the rocket ship outstanding from week 1. Was able to afford a rocket this week but didn’t have time to build it.
Kara completed only 5 of her tasks plus the one from last week. She didn’t have enough points to buy the potion of youth, retraiting and thin potions. She will have to continue to work on aspiration points through wants until she gets enough or she gets the spin to complete parts of her aspiration.
Rafael had no requirements this week as he aged to an infant after 4pm on Saturday. He will get tasks next rotation.
PHOTO SHOOT FAMILY EVENT
One of the required family events is to take family photos this week. So here’s the best photos of Kara, Elias and Nalani. Photos were taken prior to Rafael which is why he isn’t featured here. Next time I will make sure even the kids/babies get a photo.
Elias wanted photos a second time without his ex-fiancée in them. These are the pictures he wants to use for his dating profile.
